Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be
between 18 to 25 Years 01-01-2016.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 10th
standard or ITI or equivalent from a recognized Board for Grade Pay Rs.1800/-,
12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination for Grade Pay Rs.1900 &
2000/-, 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent, with 80 words per minute in
Shorthand (Hindi/ English) for a duration of 10 minutes which will be
transcribed in typing in 65 minutes for English and in 75 minutes for Hindi,
for the post of Jr Stenographer for Grade Pay Rs.2400/-. Refer notification for
detailed qualification.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on
performance in Sports Trials and Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs.100/-
in the form of Indian Postal Order for UR and OBC candidates from any Post
Office drawn in favour of “FA&CAO, East Coast Railway, payable at
Bhubaneswar”. SC/ ST, Ex-servicemen, Physically Challenged, Women, Minority
Candidates and Candidates belonging to Economically Backward Classes are exempted
from payment of fee.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send
their applications in prescribed application format along with xerox copies of
all certificates, in proof of educational qualification, age, caste, etc,. in
an envelope should be superscribed with “Application against Sports Quota (Open
Advt.) recruitment for the year 2015-16.” & send to the respective Office
Address as mentioned in the notification on or before 12-10-2015 by 1700 Hrs
& for remote areas 26-10-2015 by 1700 Hrs.
